Zestaw 11 pięknych secesyjnych talerzy z lat 20tych… nie są sygnowane- ale kupiłem je w Berlinie razem z dwiema ładnymi starymi filiżankami- są prawie identycznie zdobione – rant pokrywa żółta farbka- zatem możemy przyjąć, że trafiły do galerii ze starą porcelana z jednego kredensu. Filiżanki są ze znakomitej fabryki Schirnding i posiadają starą sygnaturę z lat 20tych. Three years later he began the production of his own white china. Six modern circular kilns, an electrical illumination and a company-owned railway construction indicate in the year 1906 a modern management. In 1909 the company chaired by councillor of commerce Martin Zehendner (Mitterteich) was converted into a public limited company (Schirnding Porzellan AG). In 1927 Zehender handed his share majority over to the two factory owners Wilhelm und Heinrich Seltmann from Weiden - under their direction the company prospered. Heinrich und Dieter Seltmann After the Second World War the rapid advancement of the company was above all the achievement of Heinrich Seltmann (1[zasłonięte]899-19). Technical innovations and a foresighted operative market orientation ensured the economic boom. Since the middle of the sixties also his son Dieter Seltmann (*1938) set a trend-setting course in the company. From 1991 the china factory Schirnding AG has supported a close cooperation with the English Royal Stafford China Ltd. (Stoke-on-Trent), in the field of Bone-China-Ware. Arzberg-Porzellan GmbH The crises of the nineties pushed the china factory Schirnding AG into a merger with J. Kronester GmbH (Schwarzenbach a. d. Saale) and Johann Seltmann GmbH (Vohenstrauß) in the year 1993. The newly established SKV-Porzellan-Union GmbH managed the market positioning. In August 2000 the company could purchase the tradition rich design label „Arzberg“ (the known designer Dr. Hermann Gretsch (1895 – 1950) published the award-winning Form 1382 in the twenties) out of the insolvency assets of the Winterling AG (Kirchenlamitz). Since June 2004 the company from Schirnding has traded under the name Arzberg-Porzellan GmbH. The brand „Schirnding“ epitomizes modern and traditional tableware.
